The Annex

Botesdale, Suffolk

PROJECT TYPE:

Barn converted for guest accommodation within the grounds of the main home

PHOTOGRAPHER:

Sylvaine Poitau

The Annex is a barn that has been converted into guest accommodation within the grounds of our clients home in Suffolk.

Work started with the client at the early building stage of the project and input into the overall style and kitchen design, complete bathroom design, layout and furniture selection and wall finishes as well as soft furnishings and finishing touches.

The open plan space was kept light and airy with modern chrome light fittings and a white wood burner. The exposed brick wall in the kitchen was inserted to give an aged feel to what is essentially a new building. The bathroom tiles were selected to continue this feel.

The overall style of The Annex for our client is relaxed with a modern country feel.
